Hi!
I just wana know wat do I need to eat instead of
meat? Cus my rents won't let me veg cus they
think I'll get sick! tanx anna

There's Many Other Options
Protein - There is a lot in dairy products (eg
cheese, milk, eggs etc) nuts, textured vegetable
protiens, tofu, seeds and pusles (eg lentils,
soya and beans), but it can be found in almost
everythig.
Iron - Green leafy vegetables including brocolli
and spinach, dried fruits especially rasins,
peas and beans. And, the more Vitamin C oyu
take, the higher the absorbation of iron.
Calcium - Leafy vegetables, soya products, most
tofu, nuts (especially peanuts) and of course...
milk. However, good luck for vegans, it has been
proven that milk actually lowers the absorbation
levels of calcium. But it does contain a lot. So
don't worry!
Amino and Omega Acids - Seeds. I don't really
know. Have a look on www.goveg.com for any more
information, or any nutritionist, or similar
website.
Why Not To Eat Meat - Saturated Fats. They are
very unhealthy products and meat and eggs
contain a lot of them! Fish don't, however they
do contain toxins, thanks to the water they live
in becoming increasingly polluted.
