I think on what I have heard that it is a little to far. I searched on google for what exactly it is and found out that Their diet consists of raw fruit and seeds only! I dont understand the point though, to be honest. I am not meaning to be offensive, but I really dont know why they do it. Does anyone else have information so I can decide upon a view.

Remember in Year 8 when Mr. Stansfield did the assembly, he said why do vegetarians eat vegetables. The poor carrot. Well, fruitarians feel the same way. Anyway, something which I would say to Mr.Stansfield is that eating meat means that 10 times the number of vegetables is consumed that if you were veggie. The animals need to eat ten times the amount which would be fed to us.

I remember that assembly, now I come to think of it. So basically they feel that plants have feelings too.

I don't want to say anything mean about fruitarians because I respect their beliefs, however, i personally would not choose that diet, it is not very varied and i have heard it can be quite dangerous, unlike Vegetarianism and Veganism. As for those people who won't eat anything that casts a shadow...just eat in the dark

Coolio but what if you bump your foot and cant find the light to get up and end up eating half your hand before a neighbur realises that they haven't seen you for a week so rings the church to ask if your there and they say no, so you get the entire police force from all of England at your house, when all you need is one ambulance. Meenwhile they discover a cure for the common cold, so everyone except you is jolly. Unlikely but it could happen

It's too restrictive.
